| 1. How do I register a Team? |
| To register a team all that is required is a
Team Registration form and $100.00
deposit. Registration forms can be downloaded
and mailed, (2411 Old Crow Canyon Road, San Ramon, Ca. 945083) or dropped off at our location with the required $100 deposit. |
| 2. What methods of payments are accepted? |
| San Ramon Sports does not accept credit cards
for payment of Team fees. Cash or checks gladly accepted. |
| 3. Are there openings in my division? |
| When we are full we will post a message under
each age group and on the main pages of our web site. Until then
registrations are still being accepted. |
| 4. When does the session begin and end? |
| Session 2 will begin around January 29th and
end around April 1st. |
| 5. What are the play days and times, for my division? |
| Play days are posted under each age group on
our youth soccer page.
Play times are as follows: Weekdays between 3:50pm and 6:30pm. Saturday
between 8:00am and 9:00pm. Sunday between 9:30am and 7:00pm. As we know
how many teams register for each division we will narrow the times for
each age. As a general rule older teams will play the later times. |
| 6. What do I need from each player? |
| All players who did not play in Session 1 will
need the following: 1. Proof of age: (birth certificate, outdoor player pass
or team stamped roster, passports or student ID if birthdates is printed
on them) 2. Liability Release: signed by
parent, not the coach. Players will not be allowed to play until both
are presented. All required forms can be downloaded from our site or are available at our location. |
| 7. When are Team Rosters and player paperwork due? |
| As
soon as you see your 1st game schedule you can begin turning in
paperwork and balance of fees.
Paperwork required is: Team Roster, Player Liability Release and Player proof of age. |
| 8. What are the rules for playing in each division? |
| Class 1 (Gold): All players of
the right age or younger, are eligible to play in this division.
Class 2 (Silver): All players of the right age or younger, are eligible to play in this division with the following restrictions. If your team is playing in our Class 2 division then you may only have 2 players who play in the Gold division on your team. If your team is playing in our Class 3 division then you may only have Silver, Bronze, Recreational Plus or Recreational players on your team. Gold players are not allowed on your roster. Younger players playing in an older division are also subject to these restrictions. Class 3 (Bronze): All players of the right age are eligible to play in this division with the following restrictions. If your team is playing in our Class 3 division then you may only have 2 players who play in the Silver division on your team. Gold players are not allowed on your roster. Younger players playing in an older division are also subject to these restrictions. Class 4 (Recreational Plus): All players of the right age are eligible to play in this division with the following restrictions. If your team is playing in our Class 4 Plus division then you may only have 2 players who play in the Bronze division on your team. Gold or Silver players are not allowed on your roster. If your team is playing in our Class 4 division then you may only have Recreational Plus or Recreational players on your team. Gold, Silver or Bronze players are not allowed on your roster. Younger players playing in an older division are also subject to these restrictions. Class 4 (Recreational): All players of the right age are eligible to play in this division with the following restrictions. If your team is playing in our Class 4 division then you may only have 2 players who play in the Bronze or Recreational Plus division on your team. Gold, or Silver players are not allowed on your roster. Younger players playing in an older division are also subject to these restrictions. |
| 9. Can older players play in younger divisions? |
| Older Players may never play in younger
divisions. |
| 10. Can younger players play in older divisions? |
| Yes, but subject to San Ramon Sports approval. If you are adding players more than 2 years younger then approval must be given before the player can play in any game. An Email to john@sanramonsports.com must be received 5 days before your player is eligible to play. |
